As the title says, I created a solution on another Azure AD instance and exported it.
After successfully re-importing the solution (and struggling with connections) I managed to import the bot.
Now when I chat with the bot, I do not get any response. Also publishing the bot works but It will not respond:

I'm also getting the same type of issue.
Imported the Chatbot and since two days chatbot is unusable. In PowerApp solution I'm able to see all my flows and connections references, but when tried to edit chatbot in PVA for teams, Topics are not available and test panel is showing below animation.
Do you have any other updates on this?
