Suddenly having an issue with toggles saving correctly on an app that has worked for years

Hello

I'm having an issue on a powerapp connected to a sharepoint list that has several toggles as it essentially a checklist. Suddenly two of the toggles out of many due not save the selection when the form is saved. So for example the default for the toggle is off when a new form is created. If the toggle is set to on and the form is saved, when you goto the detail screen it still shows off and if you go to the edit screen it similarly still shows as off. All the other toggles continue to work and the app version has not changed, so what would cause this to break suddenly and what is the solution to repair it? I already dried deleting and re-adding the datacards but the issue persisted. Thanks in advance to any help that can be provided.

If it is a sharepoint list. Check the column properties of one which works with the other.

The properties of the working and non-working column's are exactly the same.
