Is there a way to set a conversationid as a variable?

I'd like to get a handle on the converationid so that I can email a chat transcript back to a user or show it to them, I know you can show the chatid based on this

I was wondering if we use a html canvas to show the bot can we get a hook on the conversationid and then pass that into the bot as a url paramter or is there another way to get this id within the bot?
