Is it possible to customise the below message when deleting a record from a entity list/ sub grid on the portal. I would like to change the text to something more relevant to the record im deleting

Hi, if you are using the Portal Management App to customize your Portal you can go in your Entity Form --> Additional Settings --> select Advanced Settings --> you can change plenty of labels/messages from there:
