Hi,
I want to use Flow with a Microsoft form in order to create an approval.
I simply want a staff members line manager to Approve/Reject a request.
When the approve email comes to the line manager after the form is submitted and they click on the link, the line manager gets all the extra options below. i.e. create flows etc.
Due to governance issues we do NOT want staff running amok creating flows and forms!
Is there a way around this or is Flow Approvals simply not suitable?

Hi @Oliver_McErlane a way round it would be that when the form is submitted, you save it to a SharePoint list and then in your flow you have a Send an email (V2) action containing a link to the item in the list. In the list you should have (as we always do for audit reasons) columns for the approver, approval date and the approve/reject decision. This method means you are not opening up the options to create a flow etc.
