How do I embed my chatbot created in Teams to a website using the secret token?

Yes I have .
And also I checked and set the security options .
Do I use the security token in the website code to call the bot. Please send me an example or link if possible.

Do you have a premium license?

Before implementing your PVA for Teams chatbot to a custom website, you need to have a PVA premium license.
