You can launch a sway from inside a power app, but I don't think there is any way to embed it inside the Power App itself.

If you have shared the SWAY with someone you can just copy the url that is in the address bar when you play the SWAY and add ?play to the end. Then put that in a Launch() function in an OnSelect for a button.

Launch("https://sway.office.com/<<SWAYID>>?play")
