Agent name not showing under chat response

Hi,

I have named and published the Agent, but it still displays Copilot in the chat. How can I change this? I can't see anything obvious.

    Go to Microsoft Copilot Studio > Settings > General Settings and check if the correct bot name is entered and saved. Then, go to the Publish section and click Publish again to apply the changes. Finally, clear your browser cache or try in an incognito window to see if the updated name appears.

    Hi @AW-08051523-0 , If you're using the Customer Service widget, make sure to update the bot user's name.

    Navigate to User Management → Users, find your bot user, and update the name as needed. (By default, the bot's first name will be Copilot—make sure to change it.)
