Find out which characteristics are Premium

Hi,

I have created a Power App based on a blank canvas and everything seems to be going fine. However, when I go back to my home page / dashboard and try to open it, it warns me that it contains some characteristics belonging to the Premium tier.

The app uses CDS tables, could these be the culprit? How do I identify which characteristics are making my app Premium?

Thanks

    Hi @Anonymous,

The CDS connector is indeed a premium connector. The list of premium connectors are listed below and indicate for which product they apply (e.g. Power Apps, Power Automate)

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/connectors/connector-reference/connector-reference-premium-connectors

The app details doesn't explicitly mention which connectors make the app require premium licensing, but it does at least mention that the licensing status of the app is premium. More details below:

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/maker/canvas-apps/license-designation

    Hi @ChrisPiasecki,

Thanks for confirming that. So then I guess that just by using tables you're making your app Premium huh. I suppose it'd be nice to get a warning as you're adding a table, or even a block. For example, in Power Automate, when you try to use a Premium trigger/action it basically stops you right there and asks you to sign up for Premium. Anyway, thanks!
