Liscence of dataverse

I want to use dataverse as my database source for an app and the problem is i need to have a pro liscence for power apps and the question is: Do all the user in the app also need a dataverse liscence or is it enough that i own one ?

I ask because of the costs

Hi @Anonymous

You can either go for a 'Per App' licence or a 'per user' licence.

Depending on the number of apps and number of users you have, you can work out which option works better for you from pricing point of view.

i want to choose a databse for an time management app for the consultants in my company.
The time management is daily or monhtly, it depends but mostly daily.

We had excel as the prototype but now we want to swtich to a real database.

I do not know if ms-sql or dataverse is an better option ?
