Get Response comments using 'Send email with options' from external user

Hello all,

Can anyone have any idea how to get response comments back from external user. I am using 'Send email with options' which returns action taken by user but it does not have any method where we can get the comments if provided by user (like Rejection comments from user).

Is there any other method like http post etc. I am okay with any other method as well.

Hello,
I have just double checked and it seems that the send email with options does not include an input box for comments.

Thanks @alaabitar for your response. Yaa, I checked that too and it is not available to get the comments. But I am looing for any another options as well.

Hi @panand99 ,

I think the only similar way to achieve this requirement is ‘approval’ action.

When the user selects an option, the comments textinput will pop up.

However, users can reject comments and submit for the approval.
