Developing and using Azure WebAPI and Azure Function based custom connectors in Power Apps

Over the last few months, we have worked to make the experience to author and consume custom connectors based on Azure API and Functions seamless.

 

This enables professional developers to develop foundational services in Azure and share Web API and Azure Functions with citizen developers via custom connectors which in turn allows the citizen developers to build new apps that talk to the Azure foundational services.

 

The attached document describes the experience and flow for this scenario.

    Yeah, you can bet I'll be trying that out this weekend. From the screenshots it looks totally slick; I can't wait to be able to offload complex operations onto something more powerful that PA. Really, nice work!
