Ive seen similiar questions from other users but haven't been able to find a resolution. I have built the MSFT HR Agent scenario from the Copilot Proof of Value Kit. This scenario is where the agent is responding to user queries on HR policy. Where a response isnt found, the agent raises a ticket. Ive also added multi lingual capability to broaden the user base.
Ive tested it in Studio Test mode and all works fine. When I deploy to Teams, it performs inconsistently - sometimes it works, most times I get the usual system error which doesnt seem to be possible to debug anywhere. Any suggestions on how to resolve?
- you have an action or a tool that crash in teams : just try to disable some customization (action, tools) and try again to find wich one.
- autorisation problem : are you in default in microsft one ?
- IT security DLP : often citizen dev are blocked by they IT dude, since they canno't block copilot studio itself, they block everything around and it stop working (99% main reason of copilot studio stop working : IT abusive security)
Try with a new copilot agent : do nothing , publish say hello : does it work ?
Add a knowledge from the web : does it work ?
Add a knowledge from sharepoint : does it work ?
ETc etc : step by step.
There is no magic answer with just a random generated error code :)
