We would like to leverage Teams Voice (i.e., Teams Calls and Teams Phone) for a customer support scenario with generative responses from a knowledge base. Is there a channel in which we can do this in Copilot Studio? Not just typed chat, but also with speech (voice dictation, transcription, synthesized responses, etc.).
We noticed that there is a Dynamics 365 Customer Service (Omnichannel) that appears to support this use case, but we do not know if it can integrate with Teams in the same manner. Nor did we plan on using Dynamics 365.
