I am getting the below issue with Chat bot logo.
Production environment:
Test environment:
I am not sure what the problem is, the logo image is as per the defined specification.

Thank you for your reply.
The issue is fixed, the refresh did not work but changing the icon multiple times worked.
I believe it is an Microsoft teams update issue, when they changed from circle border to a hexagon border.
Now I am getting the Icon issue in the teams sidebar:
By any chance do you know how to fix this?
Possibly have a look at the manifest.json @p_doc . It should help.
