Modern table column headers

I am relatively new to Power Apps.  I am using a modern table.  I noticed recently that my published app now displays a small box next to each column header of my table when in Play mode, instead of the normal dropdown caret (see image below).  When Editing the app, and running the app in Preview, the dropdown caret is normal/visible (not a box).  Any ideas why the difference when Played?

This could be due to Internet network connectivity, or it could be due to Browser caching also.

Try Clear your browser's cache and cookies. Also, test this scenario in a different browser.

Lastly, I have experienced this scenario because of Delegation issues also (i.e. If the data source for your modern table (e.g., SharePoint, Dataverse, SQL Server) has a large number of records).

Hi vipuljain03, thank you for replying.  I've cleared the cache & cookies and the issue remains.  I've also tried two other browsers - same issue with the other browsers as well.  I don't think it would be a delegation issue, as this particular SQL Server table has less than 250 rows (but I could be wrong).  It certainly is an odd thing to have happening.  Thanks again for the reply; and if you or anyone else has any other ideas, I'm happy to try them!
    Thanks!

Issue happens everytime you deploy the app via pipeline.
Table works in dev enviroment and shows the box or other random chars in the production.

Tried with both new dev and production enviroments cleaning the cache at every step, irrevant of data source (tried with Sharepoint list and Dataverse)

    Needs an urgent fix
