Hi,

I have an app with a few background sharepoint lists.

However I need to put all my users who have access to List A to List B and C aswell. I think its easier to use a group here.

But i cannot get my unique permissions users from List A into B&C as I dont have their emails!

What can I do?

Need to move them from here -

to a "Group"

Please help.

    1. Open Excel.
    2. Create a connection to your SharePoint site using Power Query:
      1. Data -> GetData -> From Online Services -> From SharePoint Online List)
      2. Use the v1.0 connector
    3. Select the table called "User Information List" within Power Query.
    4. Import the table to a worksheet.

This table has the user data you are asking for.
