Hi,
I am using the modern control combo box in PowerApps. In my case the Combo box is single select value. I was not able to remove the value from the Combo box. When I uncheck the value, it is removing and click outside of Combo box control still the value holds. It not resetting with blank.

Please could anyone help me out for any possibility way?

Thanks in advance.

Hi @jagadeeshwar , Does the combo box is withing some gallery or form? What is the Default or DefaultSelectedItems property of combo box? Keep DefaultSelectedItems as blank.

    I hope this helps.

    Hi @ANB

    Thank you for the respond.

I am using the combo box outside of the form/gallery.

     Items property:  Choices([@FN_SharePoint_InvoiceMaster].'Supplier Name')

    DefaultSelectedItems: Blank.

Currently am resetting the combo box modern control with button by Reset(ControlName). Is there any possibility to set it to Blank when we unselect the value in the combo box?

@jagadeeshwar Use this on OnChange of combo box

    Reset(ControlName) or

    Reset(Self)

    @ANB

Resetting within the same control OnChange cannot select any value.

@jagadeeshwar Ok, I got what you want to achieve. I tried quick repro. It seems that selecting the selected option does not un-select the option in modern combo box: I didnt found any official document for this, however as workaround you can try below things:

    1. Add a blank item in items of combo box and when you want to un-select let say Item 1 then you can select the blank item.  ANB_0-1707580137872.png

    2. ctrl A from keyboard and click delete key form your keyboard.
    3. Use classic combo box.

    I hope this helps.
