How to call different bots on different web pages

Hi,

In Power Pages I have multiple pages like Home Page, Customer Page etc

Is it possible to have different PVA bots embedded in each page?

I know it was possible earlier in PowerApps Portals.

Anyone knows how to add page specific bots?

But the best option in this context has to be determined by whether you need Omnichannel capabilities or not (e.g. escalate to a live agent). If you don't, don't use Omnichannel.

I'm trying both the options, wanted to check the best possible.

Not sure I'm following, are you wanting to set up Omnichannel or a standalone copilot/bot?

    Hi,

How can we embed the iframe code in the floating widget?

Is it possible to make the bot aware of the user who is logged in to the portal?

Like when we launch the bot, it should greet the user based on the username

example Hi username. I have created a global variable context for storing the username.

is it also possible to embed the iframe code in the omnichannel chat widget too?

It is possible to use the iframe "embed code" but you would still need to create the floating widget yourself.

Can you see any client side errors in dev tools?

    Hi adilei,
    Thanks for the prompt response.

I did try the solution that you suggested but, i'm unable connect to my PVA bot and getting the below error.

Instead of using the mobile app API code
is it possible to directly use the custom website frame code?

It is possible with some minimal JavaScript. Just click on "edit code" in the Power Pages designer and add a copilot widget.

Here is a sample floating widget to get you started:
