Can't use images

I've tried to add media in the form of images to my Copilot Studio agent. However nothing works. I used a Flickr URL before but it stopped working. I've tried many other URLS and nothing works. I can get the video function to work using YouTube. Has anyone else experienced this? Any help?

Are you sure that the Flickr images are still directly accessible via the URL? Flickr may have implemented some changes regarding authorization or directly accessing an image.

What are you trying to accomplish?

How do you want to use images in your solution?

here is how it worked for me:

Use a publicly accessible, HTTPS image URL that directly points to the image file.

Test hosting services like OneDrive, Google Drive, Imgur, or Azure Blob Storage.

Convert images to Base64 as a fallback.

last option is - contact Microsoft support for further assistance.
