Hello community !

I am building a dashboard on Copilot usage metrics and I was wondering if someone could give me some insights about the "Copilot actions taken in Copilot chat (work)" https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/viva/insights/advanced/analyst/person-query metric that is available in the https://analysis.insights.viva.office.com/analyst/analysis.

What this metric represents ? Is it the number of chat message in M365 Chat in teams ? Does it include the chats from the web from copilot.microsoft.com Does it include the work and the web toggle etc... ?

If anyone interested this is the answer Use Microsoft Copilot Dashboard advanced features with a Viva Insights subscription | Microsoft Learn
Basically all activity in copilot for work is counted regardless of the entry point.

I actually ended up building my own by using microsoft automation to log into a spreadsheet the things i wanted to track. It is time consuming to build, but it gives me a better overview of how the bot is being used by our team oppose to the general stats available.
