Hey everyone,
I'm trying to use the Ribbon Workbench and I'm following the instructions straight from their site. However, after I import the solution that button that is supposed to appear, like in the video, does not. Anyone have any clue as to why?
Thanks!
@ARC_afabozzi I did not. I'd rather avoid adding too many tools, and don't really need/want the full XRM toolbox right now. And I'm assuming that, since I'm running Power Apps with a model-driven app rather than Dynamics 365, the instructions are just a little different. I'm sure I'll figure it out, but if I don't I'll be sure to try it your way. Thank you.
Did you try the instructions in my post?
This post did not answer the question. We are unable to launch the Workbench at all, and can't see the Workbench's button as shown in the video.
Can you please UnMark this as the solution. It is not the solution.
I was having this same issue so instead I downloaded XRM Toolbox and then installed the ribbon workbench app and connected to my dev environment to make the needed changes. This is a good video on the process Access Ribbon Workbench through XRM Toolbox - YouTube
Hi, Have you got the solution I am also facing the same issue when importing the ribbon workbench, the ribbon workbench button not showing in the top left corner.

@Sevsep I am facing the same issue as you did. After I import the solution and refresh the solution. The ribbon Workbench Button is not available for me. The solution you have marked does not seem to work. Can you please share how you fixed the issue?
Hi @Sevsep ,
Do you use the Ribbon Workbench tool to customize a button within your Model-Driven app?
I have made a test on my side, and don't have the issue that you mentioned. Please make sure you have clicked "Published" button to publish changes you made to the Solution through the Ribbon Workbench tool as below:
In addition, re-launch your Model-Driven app in your web browser to make the changes take effect.
