Model Driven App - Quick Create Forms not opening when testing through "Play"

Hi Power App professionals.

I have a situation where I need Quick Create form for the user to populate information into a app based on the specific path he followed, eq. A project number is generated by an administrator, by means of a quick create form the user need to create various reports for the specific project.

The issue which I'm experiencing is that the Quick Create forms opens perfectly well while testing within PowerApps inside my browser, however the minute I test the App by pressing "Play" (Top Right) I'm unable to get the Quick Create form to trigger.

I've checked the following:

1. Allow Quick Create on Child Tables Ticked

2. Checked Child tables that fields from Parent Table are "Business Required"

3. Quick Create View is part of the application

I'm currently busy with the development of the App within a Solution on a Sandbox Environment, not sure if that might have something to do with it.

Yes tried publishing it. I picked up that the standard Dataverse table does not have the same issue, its only for new tables I created.

That is a bit strange and unexpected. You could try publishing all customizations to see if there was some other unpublished change that may be causing the issue.

If that doesn't work, I'd try opening a support ticket with Microsoft.

I picked-up that for Many-to-Many relationships the "Quick Create" like form pops up, still cant get it to pop up for One-to-Many.

How do I go about raising a ticket?
