Hi All,

I have been working on a PowerApp that is going to be a user submitting a Form which will populate a record on a DataVerse table (Lets call it FORM_DATA).

The table contains a Lookup field that is referencing the USER table created by MS (Lets call is USER_COL).

I have a Form in the app that is connected to the FORM_DATA table and one of the fields to populate is USER_COL. This has been pre-populated by PowerApps, however the dropdown contains every record in the USER table. I would like to filter this down to a specific set of people.

I have a Collection that contains the people I want to be on the list specifically, but whatever I try to put in this field throws an error when I try to submit it. I've tried the email, full name, GUID. I'm running out of ideas and can't find anything online for it.

Is anyone able to help out with this?
