Hi Experts,
please help me in solving the problem, that I want to upload the excel sheet on button click.
and also want to show uploaded file records in gallery, for confirmation.

To upload files into SharePoint library, you need to use Flow. Refer to below article for more detailed information about how to use flow to upload files.

However, currently, we could not create an connection to a Excel file stored in a SP Library from PowerApps app. So we cannot directly display its records in gallery. We can only get the file itself but cannot get its contents. If you would like this feature to be added in PowerApps, please consider submit an idea to PowerApps Ideas Forum:

What do you mean about "upload the excel sheet on button click"? Where do you want to upload the excel file to? Into SharePoint or into OneDrive? Or just want to upload the whole Excel data into a collection?
How do you get the excel file? Using Attachment control? Or from the gallery record(Gallery.Selected.File)?
Please provide more information about your requirement and how do you get the Excel file so that we can help you better.

You can add a Add picture control and on the button click, you can call a flow to copy the uploaded excel file to sharepoint or one drive.
You can then use a Excel Online connectors to read from the excel file and bind it to gallery.
