Trying to create an inspection app. Would like some ideas

Hey guys, as the title says I'm trying to create an a app to help my team with field inspection.

They have various tools to inspect. Each have different measurements that need to be taken.

Some could have two measurements while another tool could have 4 to  5 measurements or more.

I was thinking to create a document set to collect the various inspection sheets as required for the tools. I could set up columns and some xml mapping to the meta data to fill out job numbers, customer details and things in the document.

However what would be the best way to capture the tool dimensions as each tool has different requirements?

I would prefer to have a custom sharepoint form (powerapps) for each sheet if possible.

I am stuck figuring out how to set up my data tables and collect the necessary information

I had seen a video from Reza Dorrani showing how he puts a custom app into a sharepoint list.

It made me wonder if it's possible to have a different apl or form in each row (or object /document) as you would call it.
