Rules in Flow for setting up rules to use Outlook as a central service

Hey all,

My supervisor tasked me with figuring out how to set up a Flow that uses Outlook as a central service, and building a tutorial for the company manual on how to do that, so regular employees can do it.. Frankly, he wasn't super clear on what exactly he wants the end result of that to be, or what he means by a central service, so I'm working a little in the dark here. I've been prowling Flow forums and knowledgebase and Google, and not finding anything like what I'm trying to find - I'm wondering if I'm even using the right search terms.

So I ask all of you: is there an article or video that outlines how to set up rules in Flow to use Outlook (365/2016) as a central service for other applications? Am I even using the right terms to describe what he's looking for? Is this something Flow can even do?

Any pointers in the right direction would be much appreciated.

    Hi there!

Flow in and of itself is a platform that you can use to take additional actions arund Outlook or other services. I would ask him for clarification as to what he would like to be done with the Outlook emails once they're received by the Flow monitoring.Once you have that, We can help you with ideas much more.
