Hello everyone.
We use Zendesk but only for emails.
I'm trying to create a simulator for it and am having trouble dealing with the "Macros" part.
Does anyone already have a Zendesk simulator for email or at the very least knows how to create the macros parts.
I'm a total newbie with Power Apps/Canvas and I really don't have a clue how to start.
Please help with step-by-step instructions.
