It's hard to offer any recommendations without seeing your full flow and the logic behind it. Toggle off the New Designer and click each action to expand it. Upload a screenshot of your flow in edit mode.

In the meantime, it's inefficient to loop through each item from your Get Items action and run a condition check on every item. Instead, you need to filter out the items you want to run through by either defining a Filter Query in the Get Items action. Depending on what column type are filtering on, if defining a filter query isn't possible in your scenario you will need to use a Filter Array action.

The multiple nested Apply to Each loops in your flow are most likely unnecessary an you just need to adjust the logic of your flow.

What do your Apply to each actions do? My guess the issue is something to do with all of those. Your trigger is for one item, and you have a singular Get item actions, so how many events are in all of the apply to each action and what do they do? You are also doing several update item actions, which can get stuck if the item being updated is open in edit mode if you don't include error-handling.

Without more information on what your flow is doing, I cannot really provide much guidance. I would suggest looking at the flow runs that completed quickly and see how many iterations were in all the Apply to each action compared to ones that take a long time. My guess is the ones that take more time have more iterations in the apply to each actions.
