Do you mean in the Preview environment? If not, how do I get access to "Public Preview"

    Thank you

Guest access to canvas apps is now available to be used by all users.

The feature is in public preview while a few incremental changes are worked on prior to general availability in October. There will be a blog post announcing public preview next week. However, by following the updated canvas app sharing documentation you can enable sharing with guests: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/maker/canvas-apps/share-app#share-with-guests

Note, be sure to check for updates to the documentation - it will be updated as a few more pieces of functionality light up.

I am glad to hear we will be able to share canvas apps with guest users but that raises some other concerns. For companies that restrict external sharing and guest access, how will they be able to control which apps can have guest access and who can grant guess access? Also will there be a Sharing Allowed Domain List per app like there is with SharePoint site collections to help prevent the app from being shared with the wrong customer/business?

Organizations can control whether any guests may be invited to their org and who can invite to their org using Azure AD B2B. There isn't currently a per app dimension for controlling which guests an app may be shared with, however, Azure AD B2B does allow setting which restricting which domains (if any) may be invited as guests to an organization.

    Thanks - welcome feature

As for licencing - will the new per App plan be avaiable to assign to an external user?

Also, will the seeded Office 365 version be available to external users - ie could I assign an Office 365 F1 plan to the external user?

    @chrisvdw -

    1. Yes, the per app plan will be available to assign to an external user.
    2. Yes, Office licenses, including tiers that have PowerApps Included with Office may be assigned to external users in an organization.

    Thanks!

This is really great functionality and a much needed addition.

However, as part of a process most app builders will need to automate the creation of an external user in Azure rather than the manual creation that now exists.. An action within Flow to enable creation of an external user is needed to make this an end to end piece of functionality.

    Thanks!

    A couple questions:

    1. Will there ever be the ability to share a standalone canvas app with external users without assigning them licenses?
    2. If I add guest users to my tenant and assign them a PowerApps license for only a short period of time - 1 day, 1 week, etc. How would I be billed for that? Reason being, my app is really just a one-time use thing and I do not need to retain access for users that have used the app.
    3. If I invite a guest user and assign them a PowerApps license but they already have an applicable license on their AAD instance, am I still billed for the license I assigned? I won't know in advance if someone I am inviting has a license already so I don't know how I'd take advantage of not paying for a license they already have.

    Thank you!

    Hi

Do we know when this feature would be available in Government US Cloud?
