Microsoft Power Apps plan 2 trail and premium subscription database usage

Hi

I'm currently learning how to use Power Apps using the Microsoft Power Apps Plan 2 Trial. I have developed several apps using this package and I recently noticed that this trial package lasts for only 90days.

On the other hand, I noticed that my company is currently on Microsoft 365 F3 package which has the access to Power Apps.

So, does this means that I cannot develop any apps after the 90 days period end? With Microsoft 365 F3, I can only use and view the apps that I have previously built, but I cannot make any adjustment to it?

Whether am i able to deploy the app to our organization after 90 days of trail?

Here i need to take data from the SQL data source and develop the app and deploy in our organization. Is that possible to connect for SQL data source and deploy or not? Please help me and thanks in advance.

The "F" front line worker licenses can run Power apps, but they can't create new ones. For that you would need almost any other M365 license, but not F.  The M365 licenses will let you create apps that use a Standard connector to connect to things like SharePoint or OneDrive. But SQL requires a Premium license that is not covered by M365. For that you need a per user or per app license.  Everyone who uses the app will also need a premium license.

    Hi

Thanks for the reply. One more doubt is whether do i need to have per user or per app license even for creating app by using SQL and this app is just for testing purpose?

If you develop the app in a developer environment you won't need a license to develop the app. Only when you deploy and run it in production.  You should be able to create and test the app even in production without a license.  But sometimes it will prompt you to start a trial if you do it that way. The only real requirement for a license is when you run it.  That can be either a per user or per app.
