Edit or remove a Bulk record deletion job

Hello Power Apps Masters,

I got a dumb question - How can I edit or delete a bulk deletion job?

Recently I followed Free up storage space - Power Platform | Microsoft Learn to set up a bulk deletion job in my environment, however after several runs I realized my query was wrong and it didn't have the data deleted...In the bulkdelete job window the query is grayed out and I can only cancel the job, not edit it or delete it.

Hi @CA_RSP

There is no way to modify the job, you must delete it and create it with the correct query

Thank you @Jmanriquerios! Could you please be a little more specific on "delete it", as I cannot find a button or link to have the job deleted.

Thank you @Jmanriquerios I cancelled my job. So there is no way to remove the cancelled job?

Hi @CA_RSP

Through the advanced search, search the system jobs table and then locate the job and delete it.

Thank you @Jmanriquerios ! I was able to delete the job run records, but not the job itself...I'm giving it up 😢
* Advanced find: Environment URL -> Advanced settings on top-right corner -> the funnel icon on top-right corner
