Copilot agent won't use action

Hi, I've created an autonomous agent that translates emails that are in a foreign language. I've set up the trigger to be "when a new email arrives (v3)", and specified the agent to use my custom action called "Translate foreign email". In the picture is the flow I've created in Power Automate. The flow and the trigger works in Copilot Studio as expected. However, when published, the agent detects the trigger, but does not use the action like I've specified. It only detects the trigger and that's it. Any ideas how do I fix this?
 
Edit : It appears the Copilot agent does seem to be using the action, however no activity is showing Power Automate, and in Copilot Studio's activity tab only shows "Waiting for user" status as shown in the screenshot. I'm unsure what this means, or why the data isnt being processed in Power Automate. Any help or advice is appreciated.

    The message indicates that it is waiting for input from the user and it may not be configured to automatically execute.
    When you tested it was the translation email returned to the flow? 
    Where do you save the translated message?

    You probably configured you'r action to wait user approval (a check box when you add an action).
    All you input are complete so to my mind it s the most possible reason.

    For this simple task, I’d suggest using the flow without Copilot.

    @ronaldwalcott Ive given the instructions to the Copilot agent to execute the action with no human interaction required. The translated message is saved as an output variable from my power automate flow, which is retrievable by the copilot agent. the output variable is then filled in the email body of send an email action.

    I'm not a specialist in Copilot Studio, but maybe  the issue is related to the run-only setting in Power Automate. If you didn't configure the run-only yet, it is possible that Copilot Studio is expecting the user to authenticate, so their connection can be used in the flow - which in this case will never happen, since there is no user interaction. 
     
    In you flow details page, go to Edit, under Run only users: 
     
    And then set your connectors to use a specific connection, instead of the default Provided by run-only user:   
     
    This setting will ensure that your flow will necessarily use the predefined connection, instead of waiting for the connection from the user who's running the flow (or, in this case, interacting with the Agent).

    What is the condition that you are checking and why don't you have a respond to agent action when the condition is false indicating some type of failure occurred?

    @ronaldwalcott The condition checks for the detected language in the subject line and email body. If the detected language is not equal to 'en', to then translate the message to English. Because the agent monitors every incoming email, I don't need the agent to translate every email, even if it's already in English. The condition set works perfectly in testing.
