Text labels that run after each other in a container

I've built an app that includes 10 questions on the first screen. Depending on the selections, text labels appear on a second summary screen. I would like the selections to run underneath each other without spaces where unselected answers appear (expanding with just the answers). A couple of the questions have text answers and I have the outcome text expanding correctly, but can't work out how to have the selections run correctly.

Currently have the answers inside a standard container. Should it be inside a vertical container? Thanks for any help.

Thanks for getting back to me - may not have explained it well. Below is the first screen:
If the question is answered Yes, the relating text label appears on the second screen. Below is the resulting screen with a few questions answered Yes. As you see, there are spaces on this screen where a text label relating to a question answered No sits. I would like any Yes answers to run one under the each other rather than leave the spaces.
