Teams bot stopped responding

The bot worked for a day and then completely stopped responding. I checked the app reg and its set to 

Who can use this application or access this API?
 
Accounts in any organizational directory (Any Microsoft Entra ID tenant - Multitenant) and personal Microsoft accounts (e.g. Skype, Xbox)
 
 
any other suggestions?
