Report for KPIs of PVA

Hi guys,
Has anyone created a report in power Bi to make more accurate PVA measurements?
I have some KPIs that I need to monitor but I do not know how to make the report, already connected to DataVerse but the tables do not bring the data I need, I believe I am not knowing how to build the report.
Here is what I want to measure.

Volume of registered topics
Title - Creator - Date Created - Date Modified
Number of accesses in the topic
Users who access the BOT

these are some of the data I need.

I have the same question (0)

    Hi @DiegoPeres,

First of all, great idea! 😀

For the volume of registered topics you should be able to use the Chatbot subcomponent (botcomponent) table. Filter for ComponentType equals Topic.

I will have a look at the other ones as well. Haven't found those yet.

@Expiscornovus Tks; in my view this data should be simpler so that we can improve the bot.

I was able to extract both the data from the flows, with the information I wanted, creation date, Owner, modification date, and who modified it.

Now I'm trying to get the users who access the topics to get the Dash complete, but and more complex, are many tables and a lot of information, but already managed to mount a primary relationship by ID access believe that soon I can mount everything.

    Hi @DiegoPeres,

Have you figured out how to access the users who access the topics yet? I am exploring that as well in the nested activities collection of the Content field.

However, the from field looks like it has a different GUID compared to the Azure AD Object ID and the Dataverse systemuser record GUID.

    Hi @Expiscornovus

    I haven't succeeded yet either.
I created a PowerAutomate in the greeting flow to collect the user ID and save it in a data verse table, today I will try to see if the Transcription of the accesses has this ID, if it is successful I will make a Query and play everything in Power BI, this week I need to solve this, people charging the DashBoard here, MS should have something simpler for us to raise these insigths.

If I get it I'll let you know!

I couldn't collect the information from the native Dataverse tables, so I created my own data.
I built tables in dataverse, which are populated with usage information from the bot via Power Automate. I built the BIs with the information that met my needs perfectly.
