Display Images with Grid Control inside Model Driven App

Hi,
 
Just wondering if anyone has managed to get this going. Would love to see a screenshots of it working.
 
Ive followed Megan Walker's excellent article but just can't seem to get it to work.
 
I would like to see it at least working before I devote more time to it.
