Issue: Embedded Page in Table Form with wrong aspect ratio

I've created Canvas Apps, Pages, that I'm trying to embed on Model Driven Forms to display information. I'm then trying to export the Solution in which the Model Driven App is contained to another environment. In the environment where I craft the app, there is no issue in regards to sizing but in the managed Solution (Environment in which I import the Solution) there is. I've provided two screenshots one of the managed app and one of the unmanaged showing the embedded app size.

I'll provide some details from the Page below:

Display Size: Custom:

    Width: 1366

    Height: 200

Scale to fit: off

Lock orientation: off

----------------------------

App:

    MinScreenHeight: 0

    MinScreenWidth: 0

----------------------------

Screen (called "scrMain"):

    Height: App.Height

    Width: App. Width

I hope someone could provide some experience with this issue or knows how to resolve it, I'd be eternally grateful.

If more information needs to be provided please let me know.

Thank you!

Hello, @Clue , your size settings seems correct, and if it works in the dev, it should also work in the testing. One thing that I would ask first is have you published all customizations before exporting your solution?

    Hi @AhmedSalih,

Yup, all customizations were published before export:(

Maybe someone could share some knowledge on this idea:

Could it be possible that the issue somehow has to do with the fact that I don't have read privileges for the CanvasApp Extended Metadata table?

As stated in this Microsoft article:

When a solution that contains a model-driven app with an embedded canvas app is imported into a target environment, the control loads the canvas app from the source environment (where the solution was exported). The control should load the canvas app from the target (current) environment. This issue occurs because the app user doesn't have read access to the CanvasApp Extended Metadata table in the target (current) environment.

While not stated as a potential issue it would seem that I am loading the Page from the source environment, maybe this causes an issue with the loading?

Maybe someone has some knowledge to share, which would be greatly appreciated!

After discussion with support at Microsoft this seems to be an actual bug and not a mistake in configuration. Hopefully it gets fixed in the future but in the mean time I'm using embedded Canvas Apps instead of Pages, which works.
