Hi,

I'm trying to filter a gallery according to a multichoice person column, i have a checkbox that once checked should filter my items from the SharePoint list.

my formula:

!CheckboxCanvasMine.Checked || varCurrentUserUPN in If(!IsEmpty(Assignedto),Concat(Filter(colAssignedTo,ID=ID).Email ,Lower(Office365Users.UserProfileV2(Email).userPrincipalName),";"))

the colAssignedTo collection is an ungroup of the person column, and the ID of the item.

when checking the checkbox i get an empty gallery, can you tell where I'm wrong?

if additional info required, please ask, i will be happy to provide.

alternatively if there is another technique to filter gallery based on multi choice person column i will be happy to hear about it.

thanks,

Eyal

    Hi @Perez,

    Your formula does not return a table but return a boolean value.

    MOdify as below:

    If(!CheckboxCanvasMine.Checked &&!IsEmpty(Assignedto),Filter(colAssignedTo, varCurrentUserUPN in Concat(Filter(colAssignedTo,ID=ID).Email ,Lower(Office365Users.UserProfileV2(Email).userPrincipalName),";")))

    this is part of the filter conditions, so this is why its Boolean, please see below the whole formula:
