Chatbot not recognizing 'Dubai' under Entities - Country or Region. But recognize when entered in small case letters.

Hi all, I created a Chatbot in PVA. I used entities 'Country or region' as an Identifier when the Bot asks a question to the user to enter a country. The issue is, when the user enter 'Dubai' it is not recognized as a valid input and the Bot responds with 'Sorry I didn't understand' and then displays the question again. I thought maybe it is due to the fact that 'Dubai' may not be defined as a default entry as a Country internally in Entities by Microsoft, rather 'United Arab Emirates' might be recognized by default in PVA as a country . Hence I included 'Dubai' as an option in the condition statement for the Bot to take action, but the Bot still don't recognize it. What is weird was, when I enter 'dubai' in small case letters, the Bot works perfectly and proceeds to next steps. Could anyone let me know, why is this happening. I will attach screenshots for reference. Thanks.

Can you open a ticket around this with your support team? This sounds like a bug.
