Expand a field button in view form

Hi

Is there a way to add an expand size / pop out button to a field in a powerapp? When viewing some of the information stored via a view form, the box is not big enough to display all of the information

I have the layout how I would like it so I do not want to change the size of the box or the text size, so something similar to the function in Power BI where the box can pop out to display all the information would be better

Any help would be greatly appreciated

    Hi@Matt22365,

Based on the issue that you mentioned, do you want to click a Button to popup a window to display the complete information?

Could you please share a bit more about your scenario?

I have a test on my side, please take a try as below.

Add a Button and set the OnSelect property as below:

    UpdateContext({showup:!showup})

Note: The above formula means that the first click triggers the variable, the second click cancels the variable.

Add a Label within the current screen and set the Text property as below:

    DataCardValue2.Text

Set the Visible property of the Label as below:

    showup

    Best Regards,

    Qi

Is there a way to do this with editable fields? For example, I have text that is lengthy and fills up current view; I type what I can, press the expand button, finish writing my text, close the popup and the info I typed while the screen was expanded is now in the parent text box. Thoughts ?
