I want my Microsoft Forms to look like a Chatbot, is this possible?

I have created a Microsoft forms to create a database from my customer's answers, but I want it to look like a Chatbot (more user-friendly than just a "questionnaire"), is there an "add-on" in Microsoft that allows me to do this or do I need to get another platform to create the chatbot?

There is nothing I know of that will take an existing form and turn it into a chatbot. But you could definitely use Power Virtual Agents and Power Automate to create a chatbot that would duplicate the forms setup.

If you use Bot Framework Composer, you can insert adaptive cards that have form in it.
