Microsoft Dataverse - Editing Data in Excel - Invalid URI: The Uri scheme is too long.

I hope someone is able to help me.

I am editing my dataverse table in excel and I am trying to filter by either the "CreatedOn", "DateDispensed" or the "DateCaptured" date. Everytime I try to filter by either one of these date columns I get the error "Invalid URI: The Uri scheme is too long."

I have done some research into what the problem could be and I found a post saying it could be the ":" affecting it in the Date Time. So I converted one of these columns into a date only format and edited the data in excel although in excel it is still bringing through the date and time.

How can I get aorund this so that I can filter my data by the date?

In the screenshot below -
Date Captured is my original date column.
Date Captured New is the same data I put into from Date Captured.

Date Captured Date is supposed to only be the date column.

    Hi @JohnSanders

Unfortunately not, our team contacted Microsoft and they said that the Powerapps add-in was not being actively developed anymore and to try and find a workaround.

The workaround that I did do was to extract the year from the date column I needed as well as the month and then use that to try and somehow filter the data to not show years worth of information. That did sort of work but obviously we would have wanted to just filter our original date column.
