Issues importing CoE solution - error 8004801E

Hi there,
 
I am having issues upgrading the CoE Core components from 4.2 to 4.31. I had dependencies issues before and i sorted that by removing some references in flows as per the advise from GitHub but could not find how to fix below. Tried all i could but to no avail. Any help will be much appreciated
