Bot to send out emails once a week

Hi My Name is Hopwell Mguni, I am from South Africa (Beginner)

I am stuck as to on how I can make my bot send an email out to a group of friends, I tried using a tool called gmail v2, but I dont know how to configure it to do what I want. please help or suggest a smarter way to go about this task

The details are a little thin.

I see the instructions, but you didn't share the actual Tool(the aka action).

How does this get triggered? If is on a Schedule?

Even so, you have instructions.

Is the goal to trigger the agent, have it do these instructions and then email your friends?

You would need to add a Tool

for the Tool, you would use the Send XX email, it depends on what you have. If you have office you can use the Outlook Action, if you have Office 365 you can use that action, if you want to use GMail you can, just need to create the connection.

So is the question how to trigger an existing Tool, are you asking how to create a Tool that will send emails, or how to Create a tool to send emails AND to get your agent to use it to generate the message and send the email.
