Radio button not displaying choice from sharepoint list

Hello,

I've built an edit form where I have (yes/no) radio buttons (the choise used to be made with a dropdown list but I change it to radio buttons).

When I subit the form, it correctly registers my (yes/no) answers in my sharepoint list.

However, when I try to view my form directly via a gallery in Power Apps, my radio buttons arent check neither on yes or no.

All the other non radio fields such as text, date,... correctly display information from my list.

Any idea why that is ?

Thanks,

Max

    Hi @Anonymous ,

Please ensure that you have set the default property of the radio button.

While Navigating from gallery to Form if you are using a variable to set the Item property you can set the default property of the radio button to ,

    varRecord.ColumnName.Value

here varRecord is the variable name created from gallery, If you are using gallery then you can set the default property to ,

    Gallery2.Selected.Choice.Value

If this helps , please give this a thumbs up and accept this as a solution.

    Thanks,

    Hi @SanmeshG

I followed this tutorial to build my form : https://youtu.be/2E4FXNPLVXw

I used a gloal varialble and set the item property of the form to that variable.

I'm not sure I understand what to do now

    Hi @Anonymous  ,

Simply use the same item property global variable and use it in the default property.

If this helps , please accept this as a solution. This closes the thread and helps others to find it quickly.

    Thanks,

    Hi @Anonymous,

On the default property of your field, use the following formula.

    GalleryName.Selected.ColumnName.Value
