Generating PDF for Power Apps through Power Automate not working

Using https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-apps/maker/canvas-apps/how-to/pdf-function#use-the-pdf-function-to-generate-a-pdf-file 

- have set up page as per instructions for power automate and do not get any errors

- but when I select the button nothing happens? what am i doing wrong?

- can run control viewer option successfully

 

Set this up with 

'PowerAppV2->Createfile'.Run(
"NewInspectionReport.pdf",
{
file: {
name: "NewInspectionReport.pdf",
contentBytes: PDF(InspectionDetails)
}
}
);
