When testing my Copilot Studio flow I get the following error msg : flowActionTimedOutThe flow with id 202e947c-19b0-1c23-950a-16a8ceb3ab21 has timed out.
When I connect to Teams connected with my PowerUp account, if I check the calendar that's what I get:
Since there is no license to the Calendar (aka O365), this will not work and is why you are having that issue. Teams uses the standard Exchange Calendar and as you do not have a license to access the Calendar, your Bot/Agent won't be able to do it via teams either.
