Hi,

After clicking the link to the Power Apps that my company uses, I logged in with my email that I have been granted access to and licensed with
I getting the following error: “An error occurred while retrieving data from the network.”
And the item to down-drop doesn't work, I click on it but it doesn't open.
This is the same on my computer and other people's computers, and I have the same problem on my laptop at home.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Hi,

I recommended you refresh the databases connected to the PowerApps. and try to change the Connected Network with the device. sometimes browser also occurs the issue. try to clear the cache of browser or different browser.

What are the possible ways did you try to resolve the issue?

Please try to do a hard refresh using Ctrl+f5. It could be due to cache issue also verify you have proper permission to access the datasource.
