I have a chatbot that contains images, but when I publish it in teams the images do not appear. Any recommendations you can make? the images are to be saved in One drive. In the test environment I can see the images but not in teams.
OneDrive links might not be publicly accessible by default, which can cause images not to load in Teams.
Go to OneDrive and locate the images you’re using in the chatbot. Right-click the image file and select Share. Ensure the sharing setting is set to Anyone with the link. If it’s set to People in your organization, Teams users without direct access won’t see the images.
Get the shareable link from OneDrive. Replace the /redir portion in the link with /download to create a direct link. Example: Change https://onedrive.live.com/redir?resid=123ABC to https://onedrive.live.com/download?resid=123ABC.
if you need more details, pls let me know.
